We successfully completed a re-roofing project in Glenfield, prioritizing safety and quality. Tasks included installing edge protection, removing old roof sheets, and adding new Aus Safety mesh and Covertech 407 underlay for enhanced weatherproofing. The main roofing material used was Zincalume .55g BB900/Multirib, securely fixed with 75mm T17 screws, profiled washers, and EPDMs. Additionally, we disconnected and remounted the A/C unit onto the roof, lined existing gutters and flat sections with 1.5mm Butynol, and fitted all new flashings in Zincalume material. The successful completion reflects our dedication to excellence and delivering durable roofing solutions.
