Our project involved a re-roofing with a focus on safety and quality. The process began with the careful removal of asbestos materials, ensuring the well-being of our team and the environment. To promote safety during the project, we installed edge protection systems. The old roof sheets were expertly removed before installing new Aus Safety mesh for added safety measures. We also utilized Covertech 407 underlay to enhance weatherproofing. The main roofing material chosen was Zincalume .55g BB900/Multirib, known for its durability and corrosion resistance. To ensure a secure installation, we used 75mm T17 screws, profiled washers, and EPDMs. All associated flashings were fitted with Zincalume material, ensuring a watertight roof. Throughout the project, we followed industry guidelines and utilized top-quality materials to deliver an exceptional roofing solution that meets our commitment to excellence.
