We successfully completed a re-roofing project with a focus on safety and quality. Tasks included edge protection installation, removing old roof sheets, and adding Aus Safety mesh and Covertech 407 underlay for enhanced safety and weatherproofing. We used ColorCote Titania .55g BB900/Multirib as the main roofing material, with Dimond Durolite clear sheets and vented skylight domes to match existing layout in Unit 12. Secure fixing was ensured using 75mm T17 screws, profiled washers, and EPDMs. We thoroughly checked gutters and Butynol, resealing joints as needed, and fitted all associated flashings with marine-grade material for durability. The successful completion reflects our commitment to delivering excellence and lasting roofing solutions.
