This comprehensive project involved the full removal and demolition of existing flooring, partitions, ceilings, and fixed chattels, followed by detailed carpentry, wall and ceiling construction, gib stopping and plastering. We completed floor preparation and installation of all specified floor coverings, along with interior and exterior painting, signage, and shopfront works to spec—including illuminated and hard-fixed signage. A brand-new kitchen was installed, and all services were upgraded to suit the new layout.
