We were engaged to transform a tired tenancy into a vibrant, modern workspace, breathing new life into every corner. From the refreshed office and entry areas bathed in crisp paint and LED lighting, to the sleek, contemporary bathrooms with wall-mounted vanities, polished finishes, and durable vinyl flooring, every detail was upgraded to combine style and functionality. In the warehouse, redundant structures were cleared, floors reinstated, and 36 energy-efficient LED high bays installed, creating a bright, open, and streamlined environment ready for work. This project brought together practical upgrades and thoughtful design to deliver a space that is as professional as it is inviting.
