This project was a full top-to-bottom transformation. We kicked things off by removing the old canopy and re-roofing the entire building with fresh Coloursteel. The exterior got a serious upgrade – new cladding, skylights removed, waterproof paint applied, and all the old signage taken down. Inside, we laid all new flooring, upgraded the bathrooms and kitchenettes, repaired ceilings, swapped out doors, and reworked the lunchroom to better suit the space. We wrapped it up with new A/C units, updated lighting, electrical board replacements, fresh EXIT signage, and safely removed outdated cabling and heaters. A solid overhaul from start to finish.
