3 Doraval Place

This project involved extensive demolition on the ground floor and level 1 mezzanine. Base build works included installing new carpet tiles, vinyl, ceiling tiles, LED lighting, power outlets, air conditioning upgrades, full repainting, and new bathroom and shower fixtures across both floors.

Make-good works included new gates and fencing, repairs to roller doors, cladding, warehouse precast walls and plaster façade. Roofing works encompassed office and warehouse roofs, with repairs and replacements to internal gutters, cap and apron flashings, translucent sheeting, corroded items, and roof patching to ensure weatherproofing and functionality.
