Upon completing the fire remediation works, TPW embarked on refurbishment on behalf of the Landlord, breathing new life into the warehouse area. The exterior received a striking reclad, complemented by the installation of sky axis roof vents to enhance ventilation.

The concrete floors underwent a grind and seal process, ensuring both durability and visual appeal. Painting works were thoughtfully executed, enhancing both the interior and exterior areas of the property.
