This project involved a successful fit-out of a health care tenancy in a live environment. Key aspects included constructing a fire-rated corridor, dividing the space into functional areas, and implementing high-quality finishes such as painting and tiling. Challenges were managed effectively, including scaffolding up to the third floor and strategically removing window joinery to facilitate material deliveries without disrupting other tenants. The project's success showcases our team's expertise in delivering complex projects while ensuring minimal disruptions and prioritizing safety and quality.
