insurance projectsThis comprehensive project combined insurance recovery works with a full fire reinstatement, delivering a safe and compliant result aligned with all relevant building and regulatory standards. Following fire damage, TPW was engaged to manage the entire reinstatement process—from early-stage site assessment and make-safe procedures through to the delivery of a high-quality internal and external rebuild. The scope included a full internal fit-out across three floors, requiring close coordination of trades, consultants, and compliance teams to ensure performance, functionality, and safety across all spaces.
Structural upgrades were integrated into the programme to enhance the long-term stability and resilience of the building, allowing for future adaptability while maintaining architectural intent. A partial reclad was also completed, improving the building’s weatherproofing capability and significantly enhancing its street-facing visual appeal. As with all TPW-led projects, this work was delivered with a focus on quality, transparency, and proactive communication—ensuring the reinstatement process met insurer expectations while adding long-term value to the asset.
